Features may vary according to the organization’s configuration, license, permissions, and connected third-party services.
2. Authorized users and accounts

- You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, security incidents, or misuse.
- Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, permissions, agents, phone numbers, and organizational access.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, send spam or deceptive messages, harass users, distribute malware, bypass security or licensing controls, access data without authorization, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service.
4. WhatsApp, Meta, email, and third-party services
Some features depend on services provided by Meta, WhatsApp, email providers, hosting providers, and other third parties. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms, policies, technical requirements, pricing, availability, and account decisions.
- Organizations must use valid WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, message templates, opt-ins, and business information.
- Messages may be sent only to recipients whom the organization is legally permitted to contact and in accordance with WhatsApp Business and messaging policies.
- The Service does not control Meta or WhatsApp account reviews, number verification, quality ratings, messaging limits, pricing, suspensions, outages, or policy enforcement.
- Connecting a third-party account authorizes the Service to perform the actions necessary to provide the requested integration, subject to the permissions granted.
5. Customer data and content
The organization remains responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, quality, and permitted use of data, messages, files, templates, contact details, tickets, and other content entered into or transmitted through the Service. Users must not upload or disclose personal, confidential, health, or sensitive data unless authorized and necessary for the approved business purpose.
6. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable organizational controls, and applicable data protection requirements. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.
7. Healthcare and emergency disclaimer
The Service is an operational support and communications platform. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, clinical systems, emergency services, or direct patient care. Do not use the Service as the sole channel for medical emergencies or urgent clinical decisions.
8. Licenses, plans, and fees
Access may be limited by license duration, enabled modules, organization limits, number limits, agent limits, usage limits, or a separate commercial agreement. Users must not copy, resell, transfer, alter, circumvent, or attempt to disable license controls. Third-party messaging, hosting, and provider charges may apply separately.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, interface, workflows, documentation, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Except for the limited right to use the Service as authorized, no ownership rights are transferred. Organizations retain rights in content they lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate and support the Service.
10. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We may maintain, update, secure, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, hosting, security events, third-party outages, API changes, or events beyond reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended for security risks, unauthorized activity, non-payment, expired licenses, policy violations, legal requirements, misuse, or actions that may harm users, the organization, the Service, or connected platforms. Upon termination, access may cease and data will be handled according to applicable retention, legal, and deletion requirements.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business, lost messages, or losses caused by unauthorized use, incorrect configuration, third-party services, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the organization and its authorized users are responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from unlawful content, unauthorized messaging, misuse of personal data, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these Terms or third-party platform policies.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in the Kingdom, unless a written agreement requires another lawful process.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security requirements, or third-party platform rules. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
